A complete partner program
Zap has a complete partner program called ZapNet, which aims to support and promote partners around the world. Zap works with three types of partners:
Reseller partners - resell Zap solutions, and work closely with Zap on joint sales and marketing campaigns.
Deployment partners - focus on implementing Zap solutions, which have been purpose-built to be easy to use, install and maintain. Deployment partners may also take a role in recommending Zap solutions to their clients.
Powered by Zap partners - use Zap technology to enable their own software with powerful analytical functionality. Many types of software applications can benefit from business intelligence capabilities such as reports, dashboard, scorecards and analysis.
The Zapnet program ensures that partners are fully supported and able to make the most of opportunities to use Zap solutions. Full product information and training is provided, along with technical support from Zap experts. Partners can also participate in joint marketing campaigns and events aimed at increasing opportunities to sell Zap solutions.
