Zap’s Business Analytics for Microsoft Dynamics CRM released for v 4.0

Brisbane, QLD Australia – (March 04, 2008) – Zap has released an “out-of-the-box” solution to provide web-based dashboards, scorecards, reports and ad-hoc analysis for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. The solution includes a wizard to automatically import security, workflows and all customizations. Packaged analytics and dashboards are provided so that customers gain immediate value, and on-premise and multi-tenanted Software-as-a-Service deployments are supported.
